Annual Remembrance day Poker Run

The 2012 run will be on the 17th of November starting at the Robin Hood Hotel, Old Princes Highway Drouin West.  Be registered and ready to leave by 11am.

Remembrance Day (11 November) marks the anniversary of the armistice which ended the First World War (1914–18). Each year Australians observe one minute silence at 11 am on 11 November, in memory of those who died or suffered in all wars and armed conflicts.

It is the intention of the VVMC Gippsland Chapter to hold the Annual Remembrance Day Poker Run, on the closest Saturday after the 11th day of the 11th month each year, to Honour those that gave of themselves so that we may enjoy the way of life we have today. Remembering our past will only improve our future.
